I've been taking my vehicle to Pro Automotive for years and have always been very happy with them. On a recent trip out of town I had to take my van to another Napa center for some work. I called Jennifer at Pro Automotive and she went out of her way to make sure I got the warranty coverage I was due, which I would not have gotten without her help. They do great work and their customer service is the best!
I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.
