The employees that have been there for a while are absolutely wonderful and no their job specifically and thoroughly so they are helpful with anything you are looking for. The late fees are ridiculous, especially when you pay every month to have half-price rentals or have a very valid reason for not having them back on time such as being hospitalized or sick. They should definitely have some sort of rewards for consistent loyal customers and work with them on late fees when frequently there, I am 3 to 4 times a week. If it is going to cost me too much just to watch a movie for one night I'm going to be renting from Redbox from now on
