Was in line around 10:30 am on sat 10/21 and a girl came from behind door at customer service. 2 registers only open she went all the way down to register 8 i think. On way down she told 2 persons to come over that had just walked up. I was in Pennys line. Big mistake! Penny is Super. But did anyway. Lady flew down their but the next person was nice and said you go you was first. She must of knew the one lady. She rang her up came to 86-88.00. The girl checker pulls a 15.00 off coupon out of front pocket and scanned it. The the lady says thanks. Then she gave her a gift card and then another one. Anyway she paid 43.00 and left. People coming up behind me and rang mine. Mine came to 72.00 so she said ill suspend it and u ran to get 2 jacks pizzas to make over 75.00 and get 15.00 off. Came back at end if counter and she finished up the next couple. As watching she again pulled another coupon out and gave them discount. They walked away checker looked at me and I noticed i forgot phone that ap has coupon. I said i forgot phone with coupon and asked you all have extra coupons. NO i dont and u have to have it? After watching her give two other customers 2. I could not believe she took other people right in front of me and gave them the coupon. Ok deli said H and B ham we dont order or cant get. Took different. Twice ive had been told thurs truck comes in check back. I live .25 mile away. General principal I left. About 5:30-6:00 called alton and yes they had h and b and answered questions.
Ask Penny know her for 30+ years and her service is great. This girl today will kill business. Sorry you all mussed the boat in this one. Rude and not carring same products and even deli said she would call mgr to find out but u was not wanting to wait!

Spent 115.00 then 15.00 off. 100.00 dollars you lost woodriver because of piss poor girl that likes friends and did that. I luve 3 min away. REALLY! East Alton carries h and b ham and good customer service. Now how much do u think that will cost you all over her lack of service.

They leave their sale pricing signs up well after the prices are back to regular price. I just paid 5.99 for item marked 3.99 on the shelf. No one answers the phone so I can tell them to remove sign.
