This place is the most convenient dental office in the area. They're open super late. I go in, the assistant cleans my teeth. I wait for the dentist. He talks to me for like a minute, and then I leave. It takes all of like an hour to an hour and a half. I have never had any problems with them, even though I have always had problems with my teeth and gums in the past. I've been doing absolutely fine ever since I started going here. My gums are healthier than they have been in years.
I just love how they put fake good reviews on here!!! DO NOT go here they screw you over anyway they can and the care credit is a joke to do not do it
I went in for my first cleaning with them, and had zero problems. Nice staff, and the place was nice and updated looking. The dentist was a little behind schedule to look me over at the end, but he apologized and was super nice. I didn't notice any "price gouging", rudeness, or them trying to upsell me. I go back for my next cleaning in a few months. So far so good!
Had a bad toothache called next morning they got me an appointment same day . Someone cancelled got a call I could come in earlier. Got me right in and taken care of . great service
The new dentist also helped me figure out what has been going on with my lower gum line all these years, when I've thought it was my fault my entire life. And (surprise) he didn't force me into any sort of procedure to fix it. People here are claiming that any positive review is a false review, but I'm hoping that people will reconsider and make an educated decision. Especially if you work full-time, this place is great.
They have never tried selling me any outrageous and unnecessary procedures. The only aggravating thing that has ever happened was when my insurance changed, and I gave them the card during my visit, but the girl at the desk didn't actually do anything with it, so they tried to charge my old insurance, and every time I called, whoever I got kept not actually doing anything about it. After complaining 3 or 4 times, it was taken care of, and they charged the correct insurance. I have never owed a dime.
I've always been treated very well here. There is a new dentist there however, and I've only seen him once. He fixed a problem I was having with one of my fillings right on the spot though. The only problem I had with the new staff is that they didn't ask me if I wanted Fluoride and just gave it to me, then charged me for it. The old staff always asked me if I wanted it first. Next time I will tell them I do not want it. It's not good for your teeth in the long run anyway.
