When i ordered my rental i was given a 12:30pm appointment to be picked up. They didnt show up until around 4pm. The cars has front suspension issies, had no gas when picked up, no windshield wiper fluid, needs an oil change, and as i found out last night after being pulled over, the plates are 4 months expired.
Got there at 4 pm per their request. They had given my vehicle away and replaced it with a Yaris. NO problem but the Yaris was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The cleanup people told my agent that the back seat was stained badly but my agent said clean it up. In 3 minutes, the car was cleaned. I opened the back door. I have no idea if that was Vomit, blood or BM on the back seat but I refused to take the car. I was then told they had given mine away but had another vehicle that I could swap out. Unfortunately it was in Maryville and I would need to drive there to pick up the other vehicle. I declined politely and asked them to cancel my order. He was able to get somebody else to drive it to Maryville while I waited another hour for a vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived, he met us outside with paperwork for the new car and keys.
