I have always heard good things about Jack Schmitt Chevrolet, but I had a bad experience. A sales person called me about buying a car got my information including social security number and never called me back. I tried calling but he never answered. I spoke to another salesman, he said he would call me back after he found out what happened. Of course I never heard from him as well. I finally gave up, went to another car dealer and bought a brand new car. I have excellent credit, but no one at Jack Schmidt wanted to even deal with me. Not saying Jack Schmidt is a bad place, but they just didn’t want to sale me a car.
I decided to buy a car today and that’s exactly what I did. Kyle was friendly, helpful & easy to talk with. He listened to my needs and concerns. He was knowledgeable about features, options and never pressured me. Stormy in finance knew my unique situation and fought for me to get the best deal possible! The staff is especially welcoming and friendly. We keep going back because they are all so knowledgeable and above board. Each person greets you with a smile and works hard to make sure you are smiling when you leave. Awesome experience every single time!
Nice Enough People. Service Department does an average job. By the way, they don't dry the car when they wash it..
Over priced vehicles and they run your credit until you have none! Not a good place.
